Delete your data

You can stop fflo using your Facebook or Instagram connection, and you can ask us to delete your data. No account is needed to ask.

Stop the connection yourself

Signed in to fflo, open Settings, then Integrations, then Social, and choose Disconnect next to Facebook Page or Instagram. fflo stops posting to it straight away.

You can also remove fflo in Facebook, under Settings, then Apps and websites.

Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@fflo.io from the address you use with fflo, with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us whether you want the Facebook or Instagram connection removed, or your whole fflo account.

We reply to confirm it is you, delete what you asked for, and write back when it is done.
